Munie Designs

I founded Munie Designs in Chicago in 2010 and began making backpacks and bags from heritage materials like waxed canvas, webbing and leather. I made and sold hundreds of backpacks - all sewn by hand in my home studio. These products were intended to be lasting objects that people would cherish for years. People still tell me about how much they love these products and use them even 15 years later.
